Custom Training

Our custom training program is one where the requesting fire department or organization comes to FTA with a specific operational problem or areas for improvement. FTA then starts our process to then size up and mitigate the problem or area requiring improvement. FTA prides itself on its ability to construct and execute custom training sessions to assist departments and organizations reach their specific needs.

Seat Sale Training Session

Seat sale sessions is when a host department requests to bring FTA in to conduct training but is willing to host other fire departments / firefighters. The hosting fire departments have the added benefits of being able to cover their coverage area while still training its members. This allows departments to send more members to the training session amplifying the trainings effectiveness within the department with more members getting the skillsets and content. It also allows the host department the ability to work with its neighboring fire department as seats are sold to other organizations.
